I arrived with my sister after a long travel day to attend a funeral. Checking time is after 4 PM. The room assigned to us looked very worn out with the few electrical outlets not working, so we could not charge our phones. The night lamps next to bed were not working either. It took a while before we were assigned another room where electrical outlets and lamps were working. The next thing was that we only got one little soap bar for washing hands and bathing for two people. There were also no wash cloths, and only one hand towel. Calling the front desk was useless as the phone was busy all the time. The next day at the front desk we explained we needed more soap and washcloths plus soap and sponge to wash our coffee mugs. We also requested more coffee if possible. Right there and then we got 3 soaps, and the sponge and soap to wash the coffee mugs. We were told they were low on washcloths and that they (the hotel) was going through some changes. Also, it is their policy not to clean rooms every day, just every four days, exactly the days we were staying there.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the biggest nightmare and although the building is an older building they do not keep up with making it nicer and more user friendly as far as plumbing and electrical. I will never go back.
