The guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly, the only thing I’d complain about was one day we didn’t get our room clean when they told us house cleaning was everyday, but overall the stay was great and really walkable as well, we will be back 100% to PR

The location was a bit awkward to get in and out of parking, but overall hotel is very accommodating.Staff is amazing.Rooms are very big and cozy. Would have liked a balcony and maybe a sitting area outside to view the city.But other than that amazing stay. Would stay again.

So I will preface that the only reason that I have four out of five stars is that the regular room is small. However, it's Puerto Rico so who is going to be in their room anyway? The location is great - across the street from a grocery store if you need snacks for the beach and great restaurants in the area. The staff is awesome (especially Mateo - he makes top-tier espresso martinis). Everyone made us feel welcome.
