The apt. has a strange, long shape. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, and there was hair from the type you *really* do not want to have on the sheets. Even after they cleaned it at my request the next day, it was not really clean- just somewhat better. Plus, It is across from a night club, which was very noisy on night 1, quiet on night 2. Convenient parking, nice reception- but *so* dirty, I do not recommend.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The apartment unit didn't resemble anything we saw in the 40 pictures shown on the Hotels.com website. It's inside an old building, not elevater, everything inside the unit is outdated, the beds are very uncomfortable, no wi-fi in the bedrooms, located right across the street from a loud bar, and the neighborhood looked unsafe to us.

My only frustration with this property was the amount of times i had to ask for fresh towels and to have the room cleaned and fresh sheets. For four days i begged to have fresh sheets. Which for out 12 night stay our sheets were changed on our 6th night.

Having access to a rooftop patio from our unit was an amazing perk. And a parking space in the parking lot on the same street is fantastic. The apartment is roomy and spotlessly clean with great air conditioning in both bedrooms. There is a laundry room in the building if needed as well.

This was a great place to stay. The front desk was very attentive. The location was wonderful. Very close to the airport, and super close from Old San Juan. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a living room. The parking was very convenient. We will definitely use this place again.
