Elizabeth was very helpful with directions and answered question through text quickly. The room was clean , plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. I have already recommended it to friends who need to place to stay with easy access to the airport.

Staff was very helpful and responsive when I called for directions. Clear communication once I reached them. Room access required walking through the laundry area, which is not very presentable for guests. Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement (hair and visible footprints). Room had a strong humidity/moist smell. The moisture odor transferred to my clothing. Overall stay was uncomfortable due to the humidity issue.
