We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The close proximity to the beach was just what we needed! The unit was clean and the instructions to gain entry were easy. Two of the dining room chairs were broken so we couldn’t all sit at the table, and a map of the area would have helped on our arrival. Overall, it was excellent and I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was exactly as described. There was an ocean on one side, and mountains on the other. Every room had a breath-taking view. It wasn't crowded. The condo and grounds were both so clean. 15 minutes from Walmart, 25 minutes from El Yunque, 45 seconds from the beach. I will rent this exact room again.

Perfect place to stay. Great views, beach just a few steps away with all beach gear provided and close proximity to the rainforest, San Juan and ferry terminal covering all the places we wanted to go.

The outdoor space with the beach, pool and grounds were immaculate. Did not like having to wear a hand band the entire time. A band that could be removed would sufgice. The room was clean, but dated. Doors to master bathroom and loft bathroom didn't lock. The master bathroom towel rack kept falling off and the tub has seen better days. The only tv in the condo was up another level that was cumbersome to get to. I might stay at Aquatika in the future, but not at this particular condo with no dishwasher or disposal.

Before we arrived we were surprised with the extra deposit we had to put down a couple of days before the stay. Once we got there all things were forgotten with how nice the place was and the beach front view. The listing was acurate and the amenities were amazing. We had some last minute questions and the host communicated quickly, accomodated us, and gave some food recommendations. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely loved this trip. We wanted a place with easy access to San Juan as well as El Yunque and the condo in Loiza was perfect. The condo was exactly as described. Because the power had been out the refrigerator and water heater had been off and Rafael called and then stopped by to ensure everything was functioning. He gave us lots of recommendations, including El Monstruo in ToroVerde. The beach is just steps away, private and beautiful. The view from the terrace has El Yunque on one side and the ocean on the other. We hope to visit again!

The apartment was just as described and located within a gated community about a 45-minute drive from San Juan. The condo amenities matched the listing, though it's worth noting that some are only available on weekends—be sure to double-check that in advance.Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had basic appliances, suitable for simple cooking needs. WiFi was strong and reliable. The view was definitely the highlight of the stay.Rafael was very responsive and easy to communicate with before the trip, which made planning much easier. The digital guidebook he provided was incredibly helpful before our stay, during our time there, and even at check-out.

Beachfront Condo

We had a wonderful trip, the penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way! And the customer service and information that was provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We looked everywhere for a truly beachfront location and finally found this one and it was perfect. We basically had a private beach to ourselves. We'll definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Rafael was excellent. The condo was very clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The beach was beautiful, and the condo amenities—pools, lazy river, parks, beach access, mini golf, tennis courts, and more—were all great. The condo itself was spacious, and the large deck was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a family vacation with kids

Solid amenities (beach/pool/condo). Nothing overly fancy; what I'd expect for a "beach rental" where the focus is hanging out and swimming. Make sure to rent a car.The condo was very close to the beach and pools which made it a perfect home base for staying in the complex. The rental included beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, mini golf set, etc, which was super helpful. We made frequent use of the beach, pool, and jacuzzi (usually multiple times a day). We enjoyed a couple rounds of mini-golf (course was in rough shape but still had fun), and splashed in the "water park" portion of the pool (only open on weekends, and more geared toward kids 10 and under).The condo itself had plenty of spots for relaxing when we needed some downtime: the couch, the loft, and the upstairs patio were all frequented by our kids for reading and hanging out. It was very nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out. The guidebook was helpful and had good suggestions for food and activities.The location is in more of a residential neighborhood, so there isn't much in the way of nightlife. That was fine for us as we were out during the day and mostly wanted to relax and stay in at night. However, if you're looking for a more touristy experience you'll need to drive.There are a few food options in town, but hours vary. Guidebook has some suggestions and you may want to research a bit ahead of time as well. We often ate out for lunch and in for dinner.

Perfection

Our stay was perfect, from easy check in to great views to the beach and pools. The house had everything we needed and was just far enough away from the city to feel much less crowded but with everything still easily accessible by car. Highly recommend.
