The location is the selling point . Over priced for a small room , not cleaned and it had a smell as soon as we checked in . The staff was nice but the location is so convenient that for a weekend trip it works

They need to better advertise this is a gay hotel. Also the place needs to be cleaned windows are filthy rooms aren’t great kind of a gross hotel but at least it’s on the beach

I did not receive good service at the bar; I felt like I was ignored on multiple occasions, and just gave up on ordering drinks. Otherwise, I found the staff at the front desk very helpful and accommodating. Love the location!

The staff was fantastic, the hotel was a bit outdated and there was no pool but the beach was beautiful. It should mention that this is a gay friendly hotel, I didn’t know this when planning although it wasn’t an inconvenience at all, lots of attractive gay men although I’m a single woman lol.

We had no hot water for three days. Also, our room never got cleaned for three days because they didn’t have enough staff. The bartenders were great and the food was good.

Beware of overbooking

The hotel canceled my reservation while I was on a plane on the way to the hotel due to overbooking. There were no other available hotels so I had to spend the night in the airport. Terrible customer service!
