The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with.

This is a fantastic hotel, that is in a secluded spot in the country. Twenty minutes from airport, Old San Juan and ocean. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would strongly recommend staying at this wonderful place

We had no hot water. No outlet in bathroom. There was an extension cord with a few plugs coming out of it and when we investigated all the cords ran under our mattress. The room never was cleaned and there is no elevator for us to use. It's in the middle of nowhere and didn't even no how to check in. Parking was horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clean room, kind and respectful staff, easy late check in that we were so grateful for because our flight landed a little late but the car rental process took 3 plus hours. We didn’t arrive until 4:30 am to check in. Truely grateful for the hotel staff understanding. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

No hot water in the shower in the unit . Including sinks. Maintenance fixed the hot water but then the lights went out. Maintenance then came again and fixed the lights but then hot water went out again. Made to many trips and phone calls to the office to fix the issues. Even called Expedia to try to get a refund .

The room was clean itself, water took awhile to get hot, water pressure sucked but, got the job done, location was far from everything; would need a rental for the stay, room service was prompt when you could get through took eight calls before I reached someone for clean towels but it is somewhere to stay

Very basic hotel. We needed something last minute for a quick layover that didn’t break the bank. This was basically a bed with t.v. and fridge, but no coffee maker or bottled water. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or hot water. The pool area was nice, but no coffee anywhere and forget food, not even a vending machine. Uber to/from airport was quick, easy & affordable (< $20)
