"Lets start from good to bad: Breakfast. They did the best of all in our 4 weeks! Very good. Loved the omelette!!!! :-) superb!! Please. If a tourist try‘s speaking Cuban Spanish. Asking if he speaks English is strange. Try to understand the pronunciation, we do with your English too! And we might speak a few more. Also, we had a little discussion with the taxi dude, and the lady, speaking English and the mother language, just looked, was not helpful! Maybe not just looking, actively helping your guests would have been appreciated! The smell in our bathroom, what during the day was than the hole room, due to the cleaning staff was, lets say, bad, that could be improved! All in all! Was nice! Thanks for all. "
