Very disappointed on my stay. I feel deceived by the good reviews. This building is very old and it shows. Even though the rooms are clean, the building has aged and all rooms are due for upgrades. I stayed in the building connected to the lobby and I heard the door chime bell go off at all hours of the day/night from my room. The shower pipes would shake loudly when I would use hot water. It sounded like it was going to burst open any moment! I also could hear my neighbors above walking loudly. And the side entrance door would bang close at all hours too. It wasn’t a relaxing stay to say the least! I won’t be staying here again. The real positive was the cleaning ladies were very sweet and friendly when I would step out and would ask if I needed anything. And parking was easy. Even though someone still parked too close to me and ended up dinging my car door.

Great staff!

Wonderful rooms with great setup and plenty of space for families! Staff was very helpful with booking issues that I had and helped fix all problems!

Staff was very good I asked for a top floor, not close to elevators, stairs I was given top floor and no elevators, but right next to a heavily used side entry/exit. This door slammed every time used. Very loud. Ruined my stay Door closer is not adjusted correctly. Fix it

so this is the story i reserved with expedia,when we arrived the receptionist told me that there was no hot water and no t.v service .told to call expedia so they can call them and they can cancell the reservation, so i did but they did not pick up the phone, expedia called me and ask to hand the phone to the manager she kept saying i am not the manager but she was because the receptionist told me , so she refused to cancell the reservation. at the same time there was another guest complaining that the restaurant closed because the cook quit and there was no hot water...i hope somebosy does something.

Great stay. Clean room. Good shower. Tv was huge. Dining and shopping around. Hot tub and pool. Breakfast. Elevator broke taking stuff down to the parking lot but only was out for 20 min and was able to get my mom back down without stairs.

This place has a nice comfortable feeling. Pool and hot tub are well kept, breakfast is well worth getting up and enjoying. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Extra large towels are perfect for those of us who need it. Price is very competitive, coffee ☕ and cookies are available if you arrive late in the day.
