Awesome views of the ocean and nice walking path down to a private beach. Full breakfast vs a continental. Very clean and updated recently. Great bed!

The balcony provided a 180 deg view of the ocean and property trails and gazebo. The breakfast had great variety - tortilla, bagel, bread muffin egg, salsa, sausage to name a few. Location is not crowded and not too far from Pismo Beach. Rooms were comfy and spacious, premium tv apps like netflix, prime. Beds were comfortable. Walking trails at property with ocean side gazebo, stairs for beach access, nice landscape

Normally very nice, but this stay wasn't great. Stayed a week and we were put in a room that was right by the highway so instead of hearing beautiful ocean waves all day and night we heard traffic. Front door wouldn't close all the way. Huge gap between the wall and headrest, pillows kept falling through the crack onto the ground. Not a lot of choices for breakfast.

Great location, really friendly staff. We requested room service but it was not performed even after the request was made with the front desk. Incredibly noisy and disruptive since 6am or so, every morning, even on Sunday! we could hear the service staff moving furniture, other customers walking around and stomping about. Very flimsy walls it seems. toilet handle broke mid way thru our stay. Very basic accommodations. Breakfast is included but it's just bare-bone essentials. We had to shorten our stay, and requested a refund of the last night during our check-in process, but were told were couldn't cancel any nights after checking in. Would not recommend unfortunately, the place has a ton of potential based on an amazing location.

The grounds and the views are great. The rooms are very clean. There were a good number of choices for breakfast. I love oatmeal for breakfast and it was thick and tasty. Lots of places to walk and a nice trail and stairs to the beach. The staff were all very friendly. I’ve stayed there several times now and i plan to return on my next trip to Pismo.
