Not A Very Pleasant Stay

I rarely leave any reviews, but I have to for this stay. Everyone, except Kyle from the reception were very welcoming at this hotel. My friends and I were out celebrating a friend's birthday & were playing music, to be exact Spanish music & I admit it was a little loud, but it was 6PM. Kyle came to knock to our room to tell us to put the music down, which I did to a point it could barely be heard. He came back two minutes later to emphasize he had already said to put the music down which I told him I did & questioned him who was complaining. He didn't know what to say when confronted with these questions & just walked away. It wasn't a pleasant stay due to the fact that we felt harassed & definitely like he had something against us for the type of music we were playing. I have stayed at A LOT of different hotels & higher prestige ones too, not only here but in other states & had never gotten a complaint on noise or anything negative until now. Please do better on who you hire La Cuesta.

The property is priced reasonably and rooms are tidy and comfortable with enough space for our family. The continental breakfast was a plus!

Not Worth The Stay

My room was on the first floor next to the kitchen. I was awoken by various voices attending the continental breakfast at about 5:45 AM. I was also frustrated that there was a charge of $10 per hour for early check-in. This isn’t the fault of the front desk employees, it’s the greed of the CEO. Just a pretty bad experience overall.

Pleasant stay

Very good location near downtown. I stayed one night, the room was nice and clean. Bathroom counter was roomy. A lot channels for the nice size TV. I could hear people in other rooms until 2 am, then again started hear people bumping around at 3:30 am. Shower was good size and I like no tub. Water pressure was poor. I needed leave before 6am and breakfast was available earlier then expected. Over very pleasant stay.
