The staff was very friendly and took pride in their motel which is finalizing a complete refresh. The rooms are extremely clean and the location was close to the on and off ramps for US HWY 101. Also close to restaurants and stores.

The Palms has a great walkable location to downtown Pismo. This is definitely a no frills motel but overall - if you get it cheap enough- I recommend it for times that a simple - and good location - no frills kind of stay works for you- only real “issue” was it took awhile to get hot water - overall fine stay!

This is a solid 5 star 4 star property. Everything was fine. They are in a remodel but except for the need to run the hot water for a few minutes to get hot enough to shower the place is in a good location and very reasonable.
