Nice size bathroom. However, there was a water leak from above unit that dripped on our bathroom. They wouldn't give a credit for that. They charged a parking fee and it was not disclosed at the beginning or at checkin. They charge a $50 per day resort fee. This was no resort. Their jacuzzi was filthy and looked unsafe healthwise. This hotel is not worth the price thay charge so avoid staying there!

Everything was excellent. Hotel's .com says their price is all inclusive but I was charged another $60 for resort fees and did not receive bottle of wine in room. Even so, I'd recommend this property.

Beautiful hotel

The room and grounds were great. The room had antique charm with all the modern amenities. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was super. Hopefully the lights in the elevator get fixed soon. It got a bit dark after the last bulb finally died.

noisy on weekend mornings starting at 7am. Front desk inadequate for the young girl that helped me, or didn’t… Food, 55.00 filet not cooked to my request, wife’s was good besides many bones in the salmon. My friends that came with us 1st room was major issues, they moved them then and people above them was out of control noise and the property managers would not speak to them. My friends checked out the first day Grounds were beautiful, room was clean, nice patio

Great place horrible customer service at the front desk. They go missing and don’t answer the phone. We arrive and got to our room to find it at 81 degrees in side and the air conditioning struggling to work. The bathroom was showing signs that no one cleaned the sinks. We found out that sewage was backing up into the bathroom. We requested a new room and made the move. We are in our new room about 1 hour and the noise from above is incredible loud from the kids above and we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk twice and no answer from them. I walk to the front desk and no one is there. I ask an employee at the restaurant to help me find the staff finally someone comes out. I informed them of the problem that we’re having in our room with the noise above and ask if they can address the noise complaint they just said all that they can do is move us. By this time moving twice, I’m not moving again and we canceled our room and left. I did receive a call from the manager apologizing and letting us know that they would credit us back for the two nights. We were only there for a few hours, but not a great experience in not having the staff there gave me no confidence that it would improve. I will never book this place or recommend it.
