Close to beach, restaurants, staff was very attentive and helpful. Loved the access to beach chairs, bicycles and refreshments. Room was cleaned daily and supplied with beach towels, clean bath towels daily.

Clean room, excellent location. Fabulous view. The Bistro was a disappointment- no real dining experience just fast food-ish. It’s not really a Bistro. What they did have was good. Staff was wonderful.

We stayed at Sandcastle Inn for a night, and it was an okay experience. The room was clean and fine for a short stay, but I don’t think I’d choose it for a longer trip. The best part is its location, right in front of the beach, which is definitely a plus. Their on site café doesn’t have many food options, but luckily it’s right next to Vespera Resort, which is within walking distance. That gave us a chance to check out Vespera, and it looked very nice in comparison. Overall, Sandcastle Inn works well as a convenient overnight stay by the beach, but not much more beyond that.

Great property. We thought it has a jacuzzi. It does not. The front desk said they had a special room for us and would call us when it was ready. She never did and then when we came back the room didn’t exist anymore. Also, car key didn’t work and had to return to the front desk to get a working one.

The room was comfortable enough. The location was what sold me. It would’ve been perfect, but the family in the room above us had a child that was running or bouncing loud enough that kept me from resting. The four stars is for the view.

Disappointed

So disappointed in this stay, we booked a king size room and we were given a double bed. The staff didn’t seem concerned about rectifying this and at 8 months pregnant a full size bed for a couple is not ok or comfortable. The noise level was absurd. The staff was incredibly loud starting at 6:30 in the morning; speaking, shouting, and laughing right outside of our room with zero consideration. We are leaving more tired and extremely unrested when this was supposed to be our prebaby getaway. Wishing we had spent the little extra money to stay at the vespera hotel across the way.
