Gourmetküche am "Ende" der Welt

"Sehr freundliche und aufgestellte Mitarbeiter, die allesamt stolz sind, dass sie für dieses Top-Hotel arbeiten können. Sehr schöne und geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Ein Highlight ist sicher der geheizte Indoor Pool. Für uns, als Hotelfachleute, waren aber die Nachtessen die grösste Überraschung. Was der Executive Chef, Oliver Mette, auf den Tisch zauberte war schlichtweg OUTSTANDING. Ob Lamm. Rind, Foie Gras, Salat oder Kalte Platte, alles war zur Perfektion gebraten und fantastisch präsentiert.Der Service liess also nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl aus Ost und West. Für uns war das de la Coupole eine wunderbare Erfahrung."

"The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation."
