Major Tuscan destinations like Pistoia (29 km), Lucca (50 km), and Florence (60 km) are within easy reach. The sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is around 1.5 hours away by car, and Florence airport lies 60 km from the property.

Inside, the home features a warm living/dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with bunk beds or single beds. Outside, enjoy a private fenced pool (5 x 3 m), a terrace, and a garden with furniture. Pets are welcome, and on-site parking is available. Please note, check-in is required before 20:00.
