Villa Gisella: Panoramic View and Private Pool

Villa Gisella is a house accessed through a private house, has a large garden with lawn, the pool is for the exclusive use of the villa, has a panoramic view of the Aeolian Islands and San Marco d'Alunzio, an authentic Sicilian village of pre -greche, on one side you see the village and on the other the pristine hill. It is beautiful to have dinner in the garden and enjoy the sunset, while the lights of the village light up. There is an outdoor kitchen in red marble of San Marco (local stone), with barbecue and wood-burning, while the internal kitchen has all the appliances. There is a large living room with windows overlooking the garden and a fireplace. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa is on two floors which are distributed as follows: the ground floor offers a large living room with fireplace, dining table and exit to the garden with palm trees and swimming pool. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom, a laundry room with washing machine, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and access to an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill and an additional sink.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find two double bedrooms with balconies and a bedroom with bunk beds. In the corridor leads to a bathroom with toilet and shower. All four rooms have air conditioning.

The road leading to the villa is not very busy and is only 1km from the town center. The distaza from the sea is 8km.

During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. An outdoor pool, breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.
