"Man muss hier verschiedene Punkte betrachten - zum einen liegt die Unterkunft mitten im historischen Zentrum von Orvieto wodurch man hier alles fussläufig erreichen kann und gleich mitten im Geschehen ist. Zum anderen hat dies auch ein paar Nachteile. Die Anreise ist etwas kompliziert, da man nur begrenzt in die Altstadt einfahren darf und noch dazu viele enge Gassen vorhanden sind (gerade für größere Autos nicht vorteilhaft). Parken kann man in einem Parkhaus unterhalb der Stadt (hier sind auch die Parkplätze, welche die Unterkunft anbietet). Vom Parkhaus aus führt eine Rolltreppe oder ein Aufzug in die Stadt nach oben. Bei uns waren nur einige Rolltreppen außer Betrieb, weshalb wir das ganze Gepäck mühsam nach oben geschleppt haben (den Aufzug ganz nach oben hatten wir zuerst leider nicht gefunden). Oben angekommen muss man noch ca. 400 Meter mit seinem Gepäck über Pflastersteine bis zur Unterkunft. Dort angekommen hatten wir nochmals ca. 20 höhere Stufen im Gebäude zurückzulegen. Die Wohnung selbst war soweit gut, nur die Klimaanlage war ausschließlich im Wohnzimmer platziert, wodurch im Schlafzimmer nichts mehr davon ankommt. Preis/Leistung war gut, jedoch muss man eben die umständliche Anreise in Kauf nehmen."
