Elegant and charming newly built Residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80 m luxuriant mediterranean wood. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and all apartments are furnished with sun umbrella, 1 sun chair and 1 sun bed, included in price. The shopping centre is 150 m from the Residence. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages with a coins laundry for guests. The apartments are on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor with loft. All levels are provided with lift.

Welcome to our spacious four room apartment, located on the 2nd floor for up to 9 guests and built over 2 levels. Ground floor: a living-room with kitchen corner (with dishwasher) and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk bed, a full bathroom, 2 balconies (one of them is covered); upper floor: a loft with spiral staircase, where you'll find: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a full bathroom, a large sun-terrace with 2 sun-beds.
