It is a villa located in a central area of the Mar Menor, close to all the services necessary to spend an excellent vacation, even for long periods of time since most of the shops are open throughout the year. Spacious one-storey semi-detached villa, facing east-noon, fully furnished with 4 bedrooms with two beds each, terrace, small garden, and patio. Two complete bathrooms with shower in each of them, living room and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). And air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. In the living room there is also a fireplace for winter.

People who want to use the fireplace or air conditioning must indicate so and will have to pay an economic fee.
