Convenient located, close to town and the famous Truckstop, this beautiful home, with lush yard, is just a hidden gem.

Welcome to "Masapan Guest House."
This 1,300 square foot, 2 bed / 2 bath + Loft, is fully furnished.
The house is elevated and has its own second level ("loft"). The main living area provides a spacious kitchen, bathroom, living, dining area and 2 private balconies with views of the yard.

Dining options galore:
Masapan's Kitchen is fully stocked but if you don't feel like cooking, there are many popular breakfast, lunch and dining options, less than 5-minute walk away. Rum Dog, Truckstop, Stellas Sunset, The Garage, Aji, Marbucks Coffee house, Tres Cocos Waffle and Smoke house, Pur Boutique Cabanas.
It is also less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean where you can head to the dock for your diving, fishing or excursion pickup.

The large master bedroom with queen bed has plenty of storage, and the stunning, completely renewed bathroom is private. The other bedroom also located on the main floor has a full bed with bathroom around the corner. A beautiful spiral staircase brings you into the loft which has a queen size swinging bed, one full bed and access to the 3rd balcony.

The house sleeps up to 7 people comfortably and we believe the loft is mostly suitable for children / teenagers.
Both bedrooms, loft and the main living area all have their own split AC. That's 4 total, which makes this house very comfortable.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Belize Barrier Reef. Features include laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
