Matachica Resort & Spa - Adults Only offers 33 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and a hairdryer. Rooms open to patios. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Matachica is a great property. The staff is amazing. Very attentive and friendly. You truly have a luxury experience here why also maintaining the feeling you are on an island. The food is great and there isn’t a bad view on the property. Everything is a short walk to the beach which is amazing. Short drive to San Pedro if you want to experience what the locals have to offer. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall I had a good experience at this property. There were a few hiccups in my stay, but management went above and beyond to accommodate me. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I had an allergic reaction to the seagrass which is impacted the most countries. They had a staff member drive me to the hospital, wait for me and switch my room.
