With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool, you`ll have all the space and luxury you need for a perfect vacation.

Any new bookings received as of April 1, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

Our villa boasts hardwood floors, modern amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen, giving you all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise setting. Relax by the pool or take a short stroll to our very own POOLCLUB, where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at a 10% discount.

Please note that due to ongoing developments in Mahogany Bay, our rates may be auto-adjusted. Additionally, Ambergris Caye may experience power outages during busy times, but they are usually short-lived. Thank you for your understanding.
