The central heating in our room was horrible! It was making a lot of noise and was going from heat to cold all during the night! So, we did not get any sleep. It was the New Year’s Eve, and we were planning to leave early in the morning asap.

The sign on the hot tub jets says 20 second delay. It should say press once for twenty seconds then wait, and wait, and wait and the jets might actually turn on. The remote for the handicap chair only worked up and down not side to side then not at all. Perhaps a weak battery? But a little tough to call for help when there's an immediate need. Staff was great. Room was awesome. Blackout shade instructions should be more visible upon entering the room. But I suspect this is the trend so we'll catch on too. Enjoyed our stay.
