Property was fine but the hotel failed at job one - honor the reservation. I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom nearly 4 months ago. Arrived just after check-in time to be told -- we oversold one bedrooms -- sorry! (At this point most hotels would try to 'make it right' -- I booked a one bedroom as my wife is undergoing chemo treatments and has erratic sleep patterns.) Nope! No room change. No sorry. Not even a price adjustment to the downgraded room! Better yet the clerk made it clear they 'prioritize Hyatt World members,' not (sniff) 'third party bookings' (Expedia. I did not buy it used from a guy in a trenchcoat.)

Nice hotel with kitchen in the room and breakfast included. Plenty of dining options and grocery store nearby. My only complaint is that the rooms are stuffy with no air circulation, but air conditioner works.
