Reserved on the 31st of January, they sent a message that they didn't have the room on the 1st at night and didn't pick up the phone to me or Expedia on the 1st and 2nd (*the date of check in) . I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.
I like that the property was walking distance to the mall . I did not like the fact that you needed to get a supervisor approval for toilet paper. The situation was : my friend had travelerâs diarrhea and the toilet paper had ran out. We requested for a new role of toilet paper and the concierge told us he needed supervisor approval to release a new role. Just then the concierge gave us a left over role from another room because they claimed the supervisor would release the new role the following morning. We thought that was not except-able. The coffee at the lobby was never hot and the water dispenser did not have the hot water option functioning. Very poor amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole neighborhood lost the electricity during a rainy night, thank goodness I had brought a flashlight. You were not able to make any local calls from the phone inside the room. In order to get food delivered to our room the concierge would place a call.
