Nice hotel. Nice area. Not to be confused with the “cool” old town area. But convenient nevertheless. Just be prepared to walk a bit. Note, it was quite challenging to get a taxi in a timely fashion even though the staff called for me. It took 15 min one time and 30 the next, which became quite stressful since I was trying to make a flight. Otherwise, very nice. Bigger rooms than the typical Spanish hotel room. next,

Comfortable stay in safe neighbourhood location

Lovely welcoming and informative staff at reception, happy to provide tips and recommendations. Great size room with comfy bed and bath/shower/bidet/face mirror in bathroom with nice lighting. Mini bar and room service options also provided, along with security locker. Plus espresso coffee & tea making facility. All clean and comfortable & the bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Lovely neighbourhood location with short walk to cafe's, shopping and to La Concha beachfront. Nice bar and restaurant and handy to have this option when it wet and windy outside.

Great location within walking distance from Ondarreta beach. Good (albeit pricey) parking. Rooms are excellent, but the bathroom lacks aeration and is quiet smelly. Staff isn’t particularly friendly, but not unpleasant either.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind and flexible. If room needed to be cleaned late they arranged it. Housekeepers very good and left room impeccably clean. It was quiet and we could not hear any noise from the street outside. Beds were large and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel stay

The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby.
