It is a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the vacation home Nido is located within a residence in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by the green Sardinian vegetation. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a room with an equipped equipped kitchen, double bed and a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, usable outside, air conditioning and TV cable. Outside there is an appurtenant garden with a small octagonal veranda, a barbecue and natural shade. The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of teens and adults.
