Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the stay at our Residence. We always try to do our best to let our guests feel at home. Politeness, knowledge and preparation are important qualities for our staff members. We are sorry that you could not fully appreciate our apartments. Surely, Luca could have fix the problems about the bed, the furniture and the TV if you asked him. Unfortunately, in Sardinia is not always possible to have a wide coverage of W-Lan. We hope to welcome you again in one of our Sea Travel facilities.
