My property consists of two independent apartments in a private area surrounded by a park with 2500 square meters of garden, in a silent green oasis. Particularly suitable for families with children and / or teenagers. It is equipped with all comforts.

la villa est idéalement placée, à 5 mn en voiture du centre ville et 5 mn du parking de la plage de la Cinta! entourée d'un joli jardin, tout était conforme à la description, le calme en plus! prévoyez juste de l'anti-moustique. merci !

Prima volta, e spero non l’ultima

Come da titolo, è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. Famiglia al completo (4adulti ed un bambino) e due cuccioli. Siamo stati divinamente. Sistemazione ottima, anche meglio delle nostre aspettative. Il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Spero di poterci tornare anche in futuro.

schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Garten. Die Innenstadt ist in ca 800 m zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist sehr ruhig und alles sehr sauber. Sonst hervorzuheben ist die sehr schöne Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf den Garten. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

Vacanza a San Teodoro.

Vacanza davvero splendida, soggiorno fantastico in una villetta dove non manca assolutamente niente e dotata di uno splendido giardino. Posti bellissimi e spiagge fantastiche sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Ottima l'accoglienza che ci ha riservato il Sig.or Giovanni, proprietario della struttura, sempre attento a controllare se ci fosse stato bisogno di qualcosa e a dare consigli sul come muoversi in loco. Grazie da parte di tutti noi.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns bei Giovanni sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse sind gemütlich und sauber. Der Garten bietet viel Platz, um im Schatten gemütlich zu entspannen. Unsere Kinder fanden auch die Schildkröte toll. Vielen Dank.

gemütliche Auszeit

Wir erlebten im Ferienhaus von Giovanni wunderschöne zwei Wochen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sehr sauber, der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben zwei kleine Kinder und der Ort war perfekt für uns. Als Familie hatten wir genügend Platz und in der Umgebung gab es viele schöne und familienfreundliche Strände. Ein Auto ist jedoch trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum von San Teodoro empfehlenswert. Giovanni hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und Ausflugstipps zu geben. Als wir einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser hatten, hat er sofort reagiert und das Problem lösen lassen. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder!

Ein Tolles Haus, ein toller Gastgeber

Das Haus war sehr sehr schön, genau wie der umgebende riesige Garten - sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hervorragend für Kinder geeignet zum Spielen. Giovanni ist einer der besten Gastgeber, die wir jemals hatten. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und hat proaktiv Vorschläge für Ausflüge oder ähnliches gegeben. Wirklich ein tolles Anwesen und für Eltern ein Rundum Sorglos Paket. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!!!

Ruhig gelegener Bungalow mit traumhaft schönem Garten

es ist ein Bungalow mit zwei Schlafräumen, Küche und Wohn-/ Esszimmer. Es gibt auch Zustellbetten, sodass auch mehr als vier Personen Platz haben. Es ist alles da was man braucht, von Bügeleisen über Föhn , Geschirr, ausreichend Bettwäsche... Der Garten ist traumhaft schön! Auf der anderen Seite des großen Gartens steht das Haus des Vermieters . Das stört aber gar nicht weil der Garten sehr weitläufig ist. Es sind zwei Bungalows aneinander, man hat aber genug Privatsphäre und Abstand zum Nachbarn. Der Vermieter signore Giovanni war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich um all unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. So ging z.b. der Gasherd nicht und die Klimaanlage bzw Heizung war defekt. Am nächsten Tag war der Installateur da und es wurde auch eine neue Klimaanlage eingebaut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum Strand kann man einen langen Spaziergang machen oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto hinfahren. Wir waren im April dort und es war ziemlich ausgestorben, viele Geschäfte waren geschlossen. Dafür hatte man den Strand fast für sich allein. Der Strand ist, so wie alle anderen Strände an der Ostküste Sardiniens, wunderschön! Das Preis-/Leistung- Verhältnis ist Top! Die Unterkunft können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Giovanni, vielen Dank für alles!

zeer mooi verblijf in San Teodoro

De woning lag voor ons op een perfecte locatie. Dichtbij (paar minuten lopen) het gezellige San Teodoro maar toch zeer rustig gelegen. De woning heeft een prachtige gezamenlijke tuin. De woning was prima. Er waren een paar kleine zaken die niet perfect waren maar die zijn direct door de eigenaar opgelost. De eigenaar is overigens een zeer goede gastheer. Alhoewel hij alleen Italiaans spreekt gaat het communiceren prima via google translate. Hij heeft ons spontaan meegenomen op excursie omdat wij een bepaalde locatie niet konden vinden. Dit was een heel fijn uitje. Toen wij op het einde van onze vakantie een ID bewijs kwijt waren en dit voor heel spannend werd heeft de eigenaar van de woning ons ook enorm geholpen.

Très bonne expérience!

Nous avons séjourné chez Giovanni pendant une semaine fin Juillet / début Août 2018. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le village de San Teodoro est situé parfaitement pour profiter de la Costa Smeralda, de ses magnifiques plages de sable fin et de son eau turquoise. La maison de Giovanni est climatisée, située dans un beau jardin où les enfants peuvent jouer, et dans le même parc que la maison de vacances de Giovanni qui certes ne parlent ni anglais ni français (mais google traduction existe!) et qui est extrêmement bienveillant et généreux. Il nous a offert quasiment chaque jour des délices de son île: figue du jardin, alcool de myrte,...! Super! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Giovanni. Nous recommandons cette location!

Vacanza rilassante immersi nel verde

Abbiamo passato tre settimane (io, mio marito, mia figlia e due nipotini) a San Teodoro nella villa del signor Giovanni. Siamo stati accolti con calore dai proprietari che ci hanno anche fatto omaggio di una bottiglia di mirto. L'alloggio è confortevole, anche se qualcosa potrebbe essere migliorata (ad esempio nei serramenti). Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il frigo ma il Sig. Giovanni ha subito provveduto a sostituirlo. Veramente apprezzabili sono la veranda, sempre piacevolmente ventilata, e il bellissimo giardino, ricco di piante e di fiori. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili, premurosi e nello stesso tempo discreti. Siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta e la consigliamo sicuramente.

Perfect holiday-home in perfect region with perfect landlord :)))

Home: The home is really spacious and well furnished. It lies in a very silent private dust-road, but very close to a supermarket and also to the main-street. It's very close to the center but also to the Strada Statale, but perfectly silent! The landlord is very kind, even though my Italian is more than rudimental, it was great fun talking with him. He really tried to make our stay as pleasent as possible, asked several times if everything was OK and put fresh figs (tree in the garden) on our terasse-table. The garden is very spacious and can also be used for individual actions. Except a dish-washer we didn't miss anything. Surroundings: Lots of wonderful beaches are very close, although a car is recommended. We found our dream-beach between Budoni and Tanaunella behind the restaurant Shardana. It's a very nice (but crowded...) clean sandy beach, also very good for little children, but at the southern end of the beach there are also rocks for snorkeling. As we prefer silent places with real shade, we stayed under the pine-trees close to the beach. We were nearly alone there, and could hang-up our hammock and also our slackline :)))) By the way: Parking costs only 2 Euro per day, not 16 Euro like on other beaches!!! If you want to rent a boat: Do it at Spiaggo Coda Cavallo, because you are very close to wonderful coasts. Don't use the parking-lot for 16 Euro but drive on to the village and use the big free parking-log on the right on top (GPS: 40.839126, 9.715107) We will spend our holidays definitely again in that region, and if the house is vacant we will stay at Giovanni again!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Garten, ideal mit Kindern

0 Haus liegt auf einem Grundstück mit 2 weiteren Ferienhäusern + dem Haus der Vermieter +super schöner Garten mit Bäumen, die auch tagsüber mal Schatten bieten; Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, man kann dort auch mal einen halben Tag verbringen +unbedingt eine der Gartenduschen benutzen, ist großartig! +Terassen sind nicht gegenseitig einsichtig + eigener Grill für jede Partei + waren mit 3 Erwachsenen + 2 Kinder (3 & 1 Jahr) dort, genug Platz drinnen und draußen, sogar Babywanne und Strand-Spielzeug waren vorhanden + Kinder können sich frei bewegen, es fahren auch nur die Anwohner in den Einfahrtsbereich, Hauptstraße ist für Kinder weit genug weg +kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke für kleine Einkäufe und z.B. morgens frische Brötchen o.ä. - Haustiere erlaubt, d.h. es können durchaus mal Hunde von den Nachbarn durch den Garten rennen - Einwahl ins WLAN funktioniert nicht obwohl Daten etc. vorhanden +++empfehlenswert, würden wir wieder als Unterkunft in Betracht ziehen

Agréable séjour printannier

Très bon séjour dans un cadre très agréable. Maison confortable, éloignée de la route donc au calme, et un superbe jardin .Très bien située à environ un kilomètre du centre du village, commerces à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la promptitude à régler les petits problèmes . Nous nous permettons une petite suggestion: une bouilloire et un micro-ondes auraient été appréciables. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne ce serait avec plaisir que nous relouerons cette villa en espérant que les problèmes du Wi-Fi seront résolus.
