De belles vacances

La propriété est idéalement située à 5 mn à pied du port de Sanary et de la plage de Portisol. Elle dispose d’une belle terrasse ensoleillée avec accès direct à la piscine. La cuisine est bien équipée et la climatisation très appréciable par grandes chaleurs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Notre avis...

Appartement très agréable et spacieux. La situation est idéale, proche du port et des commerces. Un petit bémol pour l'accès sur l'impasse qui est très étroite.

Une très bonne adresse bien située à Sanary

Très agréable séjour dans ce logement même si à cette période la piscine n'était pas accessible. La plage, elle, est très proche et le centre ville aussi. Juste un petit bémol : quelques difficultés avec le voisinage pour le stationnement .

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal im großen Appartement im Erdgeschoss und haben uns - auch dank der ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Lage zur Bucht Portissol als auch in die Altstadt und zum Hafen - wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist unverändert (siehe meine Bewertung aus 2017).

à part les moustiques qui se sont invités tout était parfait donc oui nous avons adorés

dés 8 heures du matin nous apprécions la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuné , l'intérieur de la maison l'accessibilité pour maman handicapé parfait, les chambres sont confortables , la photo de l'ensemble correspond bien à l'annonce , la grande gentillesse des propriétaires parfait, aussi la disponibilités et réponse téléphonique , le seul bémol beaucoup de trous dans l'impasse et le manque de lumière dans cette même impasse quand retour de nuit , cela fait 3 ans que nous louons et nous espérons faire de même l'année prochaine , nous avons cette année rencontré des locataires belges très sympathique ainsi qu'un petit couple aussi

Séjour au calme et tout confort.

Logement en RDC de charme.nous étions 4 # couple avec deux jeunes enfants en bas âges. Le logement paraît plus grand que sur les photos donc très bonne surprise à notre arrivée. Le séjour aurait été parfait si le soleil aurait été au rdv ... Pour la prochaine fois nous l'espérons ! Claire est très disponible et réactive à nos questions. Nous avons rencontré Claire sur le marché le dimanche suite à notre arrivée et elle nous a offert des spécialités apéritives vraiment délicieuses. Nous avons d ailleurs refait le plein avant notre retour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage zwischen Strand und Altstadt

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus und davon zum zweiten Mal im großen Appartement im Erdgeschoss und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ist gut. Die Einrichtung ist in sich stimmig , die Terrasse ist riesig - nur die Poolanlage wirkt durch die in Frankreich wohl vorgeschriebene Einzäunung und die wenige Bepflanzung nicht wirklich einladend und wurde daher von uns wieder nicht genutzt. Parkplätze sind am Haus in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, eigentlich Wohnung im EG des Hauses

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vielfältig im Umkreis von 300 bis 900m, fußläufig. 700m zum Strand (Sand) und ebenso 700m zum Ortszentrum/Hafen.

Perfekte Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt

Umfassend und stimmig ausgestattetes Appartment in ruhiger Lage mittig zwischen der kleinen Bucht Portissol und der Altstadt. Für 4 Personen bietet das Appartement drinnen und draußen ausreichend Platz und mit dem begrenzten Stauraum für die Kleidung findet man sich ich zurecht. Dank der Waschmaschine könnte man eigentlich die Hälfte eh zu Haus lassen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ruhig gelegen, kurze Wege zum Ort und zum Strand

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, in den Schlafzimmern (klein) könnte mehr Stauraum für Kleidung sein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr feundlich, unkompliziert und um das Wohl der Mieter bemüht. Die Terrasse ist gut nutzbar mit ausreichend Stühlen und Sonnenliegen bestückt. Der Pool ist kleiner, als er auf den Fotos erscheint, aber sauber und erfrischend. Die Ortslage ist gut: Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, Ortsmitte und ein Strand sind in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft noch schneller. Eine perfekte Urlaubswoche. Ich würde das Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen.
