The rooms were large and clean. It was a shortbdrive to Kalahari if you dont want to pay those room prices. The staff was great. I left my kindle in the room and they called and mailed it back home to me free of charge. Thank you Tiffany!

The double beds were nice sizes the bathroom was also but the remote didn’t turn the T.V and I like the fact it’s a lot of restaurants and shopping stores close by right down the street from Great Wolf lodge and Kalahari the staff was very polite. The second night I stayed at Sleep Inn which is right down the street and the bathroom was like a little cellar with a walk in shower and double beds seem smaller but they remote worked. Over all I had a nice stay at both down here for Cheer competition

The bathroom layout was terrible, the shampoo bottles were mounted at shoulder height on the side wall so you could not avoid bumping them when shampooing your hair or turning in the shower. There is nowhere close to hang your towel to reach it after your shower- the closest being the back of the door or the back of the toilet in the massive bathroom. The curtains were broken and inoperable and there was a shattered lightbulb in the floor lamp. No spray was set out for the waffle iron and the waffles stuck terribly. This place was just not well thought out in any area.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ok. The only issue we had was the thermostat. The room was quite warm, we kept turning it down, set it as low as 63, but was still quite warm. Reported it to staff next morning, they said they would send maintenance to check it out. Would stay again if in the area.
