Loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of downtown Put-in-Bay. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel room was not luxurious but was nice. It was clean, but a little worn in places, which is to be expected from a party destination. Furniture was average, amenities were fairly basic. It was kind they gave us a place to park the golf cart we had rented somewhere other than the hotel (they were all rented out). We only stayed a couple nights so there wasn't much we needed while there. They didn't clean our rooms during our stay, but I think a lot of hotels do that now for eco reasons.

I’ve stated this hotel at least 10 times because I love the fact that it’s near a pool and a hot tub and they serve a continental breakfast during the week. Plus the employees are very friendly. The cons are they don’t serve breakfast on the weekends and that’s not indicated on the website, and the pillows were. HORRIBLE, every time I go I always forget to bring my pillow, and I always regret it instantly. Lol

If you have to wear bands I would recommend a softer one with the keys built into the bracelets. We recently had them at a margaritaville in Nashville. Didn’t have to mess with a key it was on your wrist

This is the 3rd time ive stayed at this hotel, and it definitely wont be the last. Its the perfect location to everything and the pool on the weekends is so much fun! Pool is 21 and over so dont plan to take kids there. But for adults, i would recommend all day!

Room had a musty smell, also our toilet got clogged and they kept plunging it but still wasn’t working. Maintenance didn’t come because they would have had to take the toilet off and fix it. The couldn’t move us to another room. So we didn’t have a working toilet for the last day.
