The Architect`s Suite is The Cedar`s most minimalist room — a space where every element earns its place. A striking blueprint-style print anchors the wall while clean geometric bedding and a curated drafting pencil set display bring quiet intentionality to every corner.

The room features minimalist shelving, a concrete or industrial accent piece, and a design language that feels both modern and grounded. No clutter, no filler — just thoughtful composition in a compact footprint.

Located in the front building of The Cedar with views toward Sandusky Bay, The Architect`s Suite is ideal for design-minded travelers, creatives, or anyone who appreciates a space that says more with less.
We want every guest to have an amazing stay! Our quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am — a little consideration goes a long way in keeping the good vibes going for everyone. Our bar is open Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00pm until 30 minutes after sunset, and we`d love to see you there.

NO SMOKING INDOORS: The Cedar is strictly smoke-free in all guest rooms and indoor spaces. Smoking cigarettes or cigars inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to the card on file. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available — please ask at check-in.
