I loved EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. Your team at this location are exceptional. Front Desk, Venessa. WOW WOW, to the new kitchen manager, Heather, The maintenance man, maids service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and they made me, my husband and our oldest son feel like we were/are family ! Whomever does the hiring for this property is brilliant!! I could not have asked for anything better than all we received. This property and people You are now my go to hotel chain!! I am already planning my next 5-night stay. I was/am impressed with the accommodations! I look forward to my next trip in another week and seeing your staff!! Thank you all for everything!!

We checked in and saw roaches on the walls my husband showed desk clerk and he laughed. We left. Ridiculous now we are at another hotel and so we are now out of our money

Everything about this Best Western Plus was amazing! The front desk staff and morning breakfast staff were the best! Always friendly and helpful. Finding this motel was a God send because where we had originally booked a room was horrible!!! We arrived late Monday night/Tuesday morning in the original booking and the place was just NASTY. I called the Best Western Plus and they had as a room by a little after 9:00 AM Tuesday morning! Thank you so much and God Bless you all at the Best Western Plus in Sanford, Florida!!!
