Het appartement ligt op 4 km omhoog vanaf het strand. Het is de benedenverdieping van een groter huis. Inrit achter een metalen poort met afstandstandbediening waar je je wagen veilig kan parkeren. Je kan er buiten eten aan een ronde tafel. Eigen inkom via schuifdeur waar je de goed uitgeruste keuken binnenstapt. Daarachter heb je de slaapkamer vanwaar je ook de badkamer binnenstapt met douche, lavabo, bidet en wasmachine. Zo'n 50 meter hoger ligt een goede pizzeria. Enig minpuntje is het geluid van het zwaar verkeer die op de hoger gelegen autostrade passeert.
