This great apartment is located on the 5th floor with a 10sqm balcony and a magnificent view of the sea. Directly on the km-long, fantastic sandy beach with promenade of Cala Millor . It is modern furnished, and amenities include air conditioning, SAT-TV, Internet, washing machine, anti-insect nets and an elevator. The living area of 45 m² offers an open kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven and two ceramic hobs. A bright living/dining area with a beautiful sofa bed, as well as the bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. The modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower cabin and rain shower, as well as LED lighting effects.

Final cleaning of 115,- Euro is to be paid on arrival in BAR.
Eco-Tasa (tourist tax) also payable on arrival.

The billing of the air conditioning is done directly on site, depending on the consumption € 0.35 per KwH.

Wi-Fi / Internet is included.

Please bring ID / Passport copies for police registration ( Eco-Tasa ).
