Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten und Pool. Wir waren drei Generationen und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah zum Strand. Ich kann es uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Everything about the villa is amazing. The grounds and pool are immaculate. The bedrooms are a decent size, with plenty of storage. Well-appointed bathrooms. Total of 3 toilets was very useful, as was the laundry. The living area is comfortable and well-designed so that the bedrooms are isolated from it. The kitchen and its contents are the most comprehensive I've ever seen in a holiday villa. And not forgetting the fabulous bar and games room. Highly recommended by all seven of us!A note on Punta Prima - even though the water park was closed, there was amusement enough for three generations of adult for the week. Sufficient restaurants, food shops and souvenir shops, plus a regular street market. Lovely sandy beach and snorkel opportunities.

A gorgeous, peaceful home with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Big pool, plenty of different outside seating areas and air conditioning in all of the main rooms. We saw wild tortoises in the garden every day!

Amazing

We couldn’t find fault with this property. It was bright and airy, facilities were excellent especially the pool and the fab games room. Decorated to a very high standard. Close to all amenities, supermarkets, excellent choice of restaurants which were suburb. Even tortoises in the garden, one of the loveliest villas we have stayed in.

What a fantastic villa

We had such a lovely holiday. The villa is spacious and the rooms are well laid out. There are lots of lovely touches which make it feel like a home rather than a rental villa. There is plenty of glasses, crockery, cooking utensils etc to use and the villa is well kitted out. The pool is fantastic and much appreciated in the hot weather with lots of comfy sun loungers. The villa is well positioned for walks to the restaurants and beach. The train service between the local towns was good in the evening. It was easy to access other bits of Menorca, which was beautiful. We had lovely days out in Ciutadella and Mahon. I think we'll definitely be back and thank you for the welcoming bottle of wine x

Beautiful, spacious villa

Perfect villa for the 6 of us (sleeps 7 comfortably). We were 2 families travelling. Couldn't recommend the villa more highly. The pool was the highlight where we spent much of our time - very large, cool through the day and good for smaller children as well. Comfy beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Games room was so much fun and very well used. Recommend having a car to explore the island, but could get by with bus / taxi. Supermarket in town is small but has essentials. Highly recommend AIRE for lunch / dinner / hanging out enjoying the view. Catherine was a great host. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Just Perfect For A Family Break

We stayed to celebrate the 50th birthdays of my wife and I, along with our children and grandchildren. We loved everything about the villa. It has a large outdoor space, with different seating areas, a great large swimming pool, nice garden (with tortoises) and BBQ. Plenty of shade when needed but just a great space for everyone to enjoy. Inside had everything that could possibly be needed, all kitchen amenities, as well as A/C, TV’s, stereo, iron, washing etc. A real home from home feel. As a big added bonus, there is a bar and games room downstairs too - perfect for a games night and for watching Euro 2024! The contact with the owner and people managing the property was great, adding some extra recommendations on where to visit and what to do. The area is a very relaxed and a pretty small town, walking distance from the villa and had some nice restaurants and all shops for groceries. The sea is clear and blue and you can hire a boat to explore the coast and island facing (from Black Lizard Tours). There are some more pretty spots along the nearby coast and you can visit the larger ciries of Mahon (20 minutes) and Ciutadella (an hour) by car. We spent a lot of time at the villla, as we had 2 young children - and we all found it to be absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Fantastic Villa

We loved our stay. The Villa was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the games room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is good as well as it is just 5 min walk to the beach.

Great Villa in a lovely area!

We loved our stay at Quatre Vents! We are a family of 3 generations and the villa had something for everyone and the layout was possibly the best of any we have stayed in. The villa was well equipped with everything you need, with the games room being an added bonus which was enjoyed by everyone! The host and cleaning team were friendly with great communication! We hope to return one day!

We really loved the house. It is even better than it looks on the pictures. Its very silent, just 5 min walk to the beach and the house is very well furnished and equiped. We travelled there with 5 adults and 3 kids and we felt like at home. Highly recommended

Fabulous Villa

We were the first visitors to the villa and were initially nervous, as there had not been any previous reviews. However, the villa was one of the best we have stayed in. HOUSE AND GROUNDS - The Position of the villa is fabulous and one of its best assets. It is walkable to Punta Prima (hill on the way back) but is so secluded and private. POOL / BBQ - The pool is very large for a rental villa. You can actually have a proper swim. There are roman steps. It is well maintained and the Pool man came frequently so it was always clean. The retractable cover over outside the kitchen over the dining table was a lifesaver. It was so hot during the day the cover made lunch outside possible. GAMES ROOM - We had great fun in the evenings playing darts (I had never played before) and playing pool. The Bar is a great addition. We opened the garage doors to allow for ventilation while we used the games room. BEDROOMS - The beds were so comfortable. In the master bedroom, the beds were such good quality. LIVING/DINING - We did not really use the living and dining area as we were outside most of the time but they were airy and cool with good air-conditioning. KITCHEN - The kitchen was so well equipped with quality glass and tableware. Often in villas, they do not provide enough of each item. This villa had superfluous glassware and tableware. The two fridges and two freezers were brilliant as we had a ‘food fridge’ and ‘drinks fridge’. HOST - The host Catherine was attentive and accommodating. She responded quickly. A few items were left for our arrival such as bread and wine. This was a lovely gesture. Also, some antibacterial items and masks which was also a nice gesture due to the covid crisis. CLEANING - The villa was spotless. I am very fussy about villas being clean, I usually take my own cleaning spray and clean all bathrooms before my family use them! However, the villa was left so clean by the lovely housekeeper Giovanna. We met Giovanna during our stay and she was very friendly and helpful. IN SUMMARY - The villa felt like a home. I always prefer a privately owned villa to a villa company as they have higher quality fittings. We were so happy with the villa we are hoping for a second trip next year. After leaving such a positive review, I hope there will still be availability!
