One of the things I appreciate most in a hotel is cleanliness. Unfortunately, in the room where I stayed, the air conditioner hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long time.

Room was good but not clean, hot tub was not working, pool was dirty with 🐝 , noisy room breakfast was awful 😞, they managed how much you can take and there is no option to choose, it was all pork and bacon , not beef or turkey sausages , bed was hard like a wood! I’ll Never stayed again .

Breakfast was reasonable, but there wasn't enough space for accommodation. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, the smell was unpleasant, and the room was in a terrible location; we couldn't sleep because there was no soundproofing, which hindered our rest.

3.5 stars. Independently franchised, good location and clean facility but too many rules- breakfast is rationed, pool towels checked out, lacking clean public restroom locked outside of breakfast hours and did not provide enough toiletries/toilet paper. I hope they are using the money they save to buy better mattresses. I think for the price the neighboring hotels might be more comfortable! Seems like staff is under strict management and you can feel the stress trickling down to the customer but they were all kind. Also, pool is wide open which I found a bit bizarre since the property had a lot of rules and also could be unsafe especially with all the small kids staying there to go to Disneyland! I wish I had a better report but it's best to be aware before you book this location.
