Il y a trois maßtres Cal-king avec salle de bains et deux chambres d'enfants au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage dans le grenier une chambre queen avec salle de bain attenante. Les deux chambres d'enfants sont pleines sur des lits superposés avec une salle de bain dans le couloir commun. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision LCD 47 ''. Les salles de bains sont toutes magnifiquement améliorées avec des comptoirs en marbre, du matériel amélioré et des douches carrelées personnalisées. La salle de bain du hall a une douche et une baignoire séparées. Planchers de bois franc partout

Grand salon principal à aire ouverte. Cuisine magnifiquement améliorée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup de siÚges à la table de salle à manger personnalisée avec des siÚges supplémentaires à l'ßlot de cuisine. Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision de 60 'avec lecteur DVD et des 250 meilleures chaßnes de Time Warner. Internet haute vitesse sans fil est inclus.

Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur située juste à cÎté de la cuisine ainsi qu'un deuxiÚme salon. Les deux sections du salon contenaient des lits queen-size. La salle de jeux est située au sous-sol avec une table de ping-pong et un baby-foot. Il y a des poussettes, une chaise haute et un siÚge d'appoint pour vos bébés et tout-petits. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur. Matelas pneumatique Queen disponible à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

The house was more than accommodating for a large group staying and much more spacious than the pictures indicated. The host company was highly communicative and able to answer any questions we had about parking, sleeping arrangements, etc.

Great stay for multiple families with kids

My family stayed there and were very happy with the house layout and all the provided amenities. They loved the pool and spa, and having an open kitchen with a huge dining table allowed everyone to eat together. The property managers were quick to communicate and answered any questions we had immediately. The internet was a bit slow, and some of the bedsheets had a weird smell to them - but we had access to a washer and dryer to fix that. The only other complaints we had were due to the city's strict laws and are out of the property management's control - no visitors, no stopping/parking on the sidewalk, no more than 4 cars. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and would rebook this property if they ever come back to California.

Loved our time here

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. It was so nice to have ensuite bedrooms for about everyone. Loved the gathering spaces and the lay out of the house. The location was great for going to Disney and the beach. Fun to come back to a pool and hot tub each day. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Great Location

Property is nice and the property managers are very responsive. Lots of room and nice amenities. There are some strict city rules that were fine for our group but may feel restrictive. All rules are shared well before you arrive. Close to Disney and the beach.

Great place to stay and close to Disneyland

Lots of room for our youth group of 17 and kids and four chaperones. Pool was clean and warm. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores, and all the tools to cook for our group were available in the home. It got a bit windy as we arrived during the LA fires, but an overall comfortable stay.

Quality 6 bedroom to enhance a family get together

We brought 3 sisters (all in their 90's) together with a few cousins for a one week visit. We loved the large dining room, 2 large living areas, the pool, the ample outdoor seating, nice linens in the bedroom and a great app that had everything you needed to be aware of. The design of the home ensures there is a lot of privacy for each bedroom. We especially liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and owners in the area took pride in their home and landscape.

Pros The home was very nice and very roomy. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of things. Cons The jets did not come on in the hot tub and the waterfall in the pool area never came on. The waterfall in the hot tub ran a lot. We did not like that we could not sit out in the backyard after being out all day and unwind and enjoy the hot tub at night. We could not sit out on the patio and have a cup of coffee before 9 AM. We could not have any music outside even when it was within the noise ordinace hours. We could not enjoy the game room after 10 PM. The lawncare workers were there before 8 AM with loud blowers and woke everyone up. The neighbor dogs barked when we were in the hot tub. They barked early morning and late night. We paid a cleaning fee but were asked to pull the trash to the curb, load the dishwasher and start it, wash all beach towels and fold and put them away, and start a load of towels washing before we left the morning of departure. There were several cosmetic items that need to be taken care of. I sent a video of everything when we arrived and when we left because of all the strict rules and excessive associated fines posted throughtout the house. There were so many strict rules that we spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything was perfect and couldn't just relax and enjoy the home. That's why my overall rating was a 4 star.

Great house! Wonderful pool!

We had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 12. The basement play area is convenient, cool, and the foos ball especially fun. We did need to replace the ping pong net and paddles as they were broken. That’s the only reason I am giving a four star. The pool and spa are amazing!!! The kids played from morning till night. Thank you! We will be back!!

Family time

Our family came to town for a wedding and all stayed in the home together. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and spaces to spread out. The pool was lovely. There were some maintenance issues (doors that got stuck closed, spa jets not working, a/c vent that leaked onto a top bunk, a broken iron). Jeff, the maintenance person, was easy to reach and very communicative. Before realizing the spa jets were broken, I had asked the property manager how to operate them. I didn't get the help (or responsiveness) I hoped for. I'd recommend this property management company do regular checks on their property to keep it in tip top condition. While I appreciate Jeff's responsiveness and communication, due to factors out of his control most of the issues didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay and impacted our experience.

Beautiful Home

Had a great time here. Lots of space but also we’ll set up for everyone to get together in the same room to hang out. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room for socializing and gathering. Huge table with lots of chairs that let us all eat Easter dinner together! Rooms were great too, home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more.

Disney Trip

We had 16 on our family trip to Disneyland, plenty of space and bedrooms for all. Very nice to have ensuites in most of the bedrooms. We did have a hiccup with the alarm on the sliding door on a Saturday evening however they had it repaired promptly on Sunday morning. Tons of cookware, plates and cupboard storage. Great location with all amenities a short drive away.

We have a large, family with 12 adults and 8 grandchildren, the property was perfect to accommodate everyone in a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped to feed and serve this group. Everything was as advertised, we will stay again..

Family stay for wedding

Beautiful property with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 14 people. We really enjoyed the huge dining table that everyone could gather around together all at once. The property manager was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall was a wonderful stay!

Family Disney Vacation

We loved this home. Plenty of room for everyone. About a 10 minute, easy drive to Disney. Perfect home for a large family. Alarm on the back door was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bathroom with each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Our team of leaders stayed at the house, loved the huge dining table! The layout of the house is great. Wish there were a can opener though. . . Otherwise, great place to stay!
