I checked in and was barked orders about not leaving my kid alone in the room! I tried to use kindness and she was very abrupt and never cracked a smile. I would never leave him alone, especially after looking the place over. Mold on ceiling of bathroom, a tub that had no finish left on it, a sink that would stop leaking, and generally, whole room smelled of mold + dirty floor. Both mattresses were a joke, my child could feel the springs in his back, plus a huge dip right side! The hallway leading to outside had constant flow of people letting other people in. Above us, someone was running across the floor for hours. When we complained, they continued, and proceeded to stomp across floor. My gas was siphoned from my car in parking lot, three spaces from entrance of hotel, with secuity walking around!

We appreciate letting my parents in first when they needed to check in before me. Another great thing was that Carolyn at the front office, excellently helped us for making adjustments in extending our staying here.

I stayed in hotel only one night. But it was not good experience. There is sound from AC and microwave. Floor is not clean. Water flow in sink is not proper.
