The property is old, run down and did not feel safe at night. It was being used to house construction workers who were working nearby. It was very noisy and there is no security on site. Parking is very difficult (I witnessed someone hitting a palm tree while trying to turn around). Stay somewhere else.

Convenient location right off State Street. I wish the hotel had been more transparent about the pools available. Only one (1) pool was open. The other looked fine, but it was closed. Thus, the only open pool was a bit crowded. Also, I was assured at the front desk that my room would have a view of the interior patio, but to my surprise, my view was of the parking lot and a cemetery. Also, their breakfast seating area is tiny - like 5 tables - so for breakfast, it's impossible to sit anywhere. Silly.

I expected better with the 8/10 rating. One of their pools was not open, not working etc, however they didn’t drain the water which caused a uptake in mosquitoes our room was next to it and we we’re dealing with mosquitoes in our room. They should have had that fixed right away specially since it’s a summer holiday weekend. That’s was disappointing. Only 1 pool working for the size of hotel, it was full all the time. There were other random bugs in our room which we should t have had to deal with.

Overall our stay was good. Kids really liked the pool. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. Had a problem with the tv but the maintenance guy fixed it quickly.

This is a motel with 3 floors and two garden courtyards with pools. The rooms are small and roll away beds are not available. The rooms were clean but a prior guest had left clothes on a shelf that went unnoticed. Beds were comfortable. They are in the process of renovating and clearly communicated the lack of breakfast prior to our stay but failed to communicate the lack of roll away requested in our reservation. Coffee and tea were included and available in the lobby. All rooms have a balcony or patio. They are dog friendly with a very small three foot high fenced dog run. There seemed to be welcome bags at the front desk but I never got one nor did I see it offered to any other guests. There was ample parking. The surrounding area had plenty of shops and restaurants that were in walking distance.

Just ok

Bed was comfortable, grounds are not as nice as pictures make it look. Room furnishings seemed new but it was dirty. The floor seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The walls are also very thin so you can hear noisy neighbors.
