Since handicapped, good to get a first floor. Very limited parking with only few marked spaces. Would have been nice to have a bigger lot but impossible to expand. Very nice staff.

I am a mom of two, and I always try to find reasonable, practical, budget friendly places! This hotel even had a separate room for the kiddos. This definitely fit the bill and fully satisfied! A pool, hot tub (jets were not working, but not a big deal), 2 sinks was also awesome. Large fridge with clean microwave! Beds were comfortable and clean. Was also an 8 minute drive to Downtown Santa Barbara and all the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was on the older side, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean (the shower was fantastic! Powerful and warm!). Very much an no frills motel experience. No complaints although the TV didn’t work (internet connection issues) but I also didn’t ask for a repair.
