Very disappointed

to start we had to pay 35 to park. Then found out we had 50 steps up and down to room and ground, reserved a room with ocean view was not as shown. It was so small we could not stand side by side- No where to put luggage except on floor next to bed-Then we had to move it to get around the bed- No hot water in sink- Very little in shower. no reception in evening. Overall for what we paid I'v had better rooms at Motel 6.

This place was perfectly located between the wharf and the boardwalk. It’s a lovely, very walkable area. Our rooms had a giant patio that was wonderful to relax on after a long day.

This hotel is directly across the street from the beach, Boardwalk & the pier. We stayed for our anniversary and was given a bottle of wine with rose pedals on our bed. We definitely choose this property on our future trips to Sana Cruz.

A good night's sleep next to the beach

Great location right next to the beach. I slept well in the comfortable bed. Convenient parking on site. Room was surprising quiet despite being near a busy street and lots of people. It was nice to hear the waves of the ocean from our room. The front desk staff was great.

The room smelled awful. Dank, musty, etc. Also, a former guest must have spilled coffee on the bed- all night long the smell of old burnt stale coffee wafted thru the room.
