Reservation for 4 persons but the lady gave us a very small room with 1 double bed. It even looked like a twin bed to me. You have to cross the road to get to the other building. Maybe the lady didn't pay attention the details of my reservation. I complained and the relief staff gave me the right room.

Decent

The customer service was great, the room was slightly dated and our TV did not really work. The hot tub is older, looks like it could use a good scrub and the pool was closed. But for the price - you get what you pay for. About a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there are so many restaurants walking distance. We just wanted a place to sleep and shower.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best. I wasn't expecting much since I booked super last minute. Staff is nice. The room was decently clean. The walls are thin as paper just fyi, and the smell of mary jane lingers (it's typical for santa cruz). For a quick one night stay it was fine, because it wasn't super packed. Would I come back? Most likely no lol.
