It's time to invest in slip covers. The couch in my room was so gross. Pillows were weird. Bed was comfy, never got hot water, tub didn't drain well. The $2 bottle water is just tacky. The parking was a whole ordeal of paying to park at the hotel. Thstaff is incredible. Very friendly and very welcoming. The parking lot is not free. That is a whole ordeal. The balcony o got looked out to another building parking lot. I was shown a picture of a forest view. I probably won't be back.

Our room was very worn. It was missing a closet door in the entry, the door t the bedroom was warped and barely closed. There was a chunk of carpet missing in the threshold to bedroom. There were stains in furniture. The airrators in all three faucets needed to be replaced. The shower floor tile was grungy as well. All in all the room was underwhelming.

Good location to visit Santa Cruz. It’s $20 a day to park 😒 and no other options. Coffee shop down the road had good coffee and muffins. Rooms are ok to good. Took a long time to get hot water and bathroom wallpaper coming away from wall. But bed was comfortable and AC worked. Had to walk up a flight of stairs to find a working ice maker. If you get a room away from the road you don’t hear it, which is a plus.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is very nice. $17 for overnight parking. No complementary breakfast. Pool was very busy at 5pm on Sunday evening. Full of children but what can I say it was Memorial Day weekend. Room was nice and clean.

Not the best Hilton

The neighbors we had were having a sex party and just few hours later an intoxicated couple argued all night so got about 2 hours of sleep the 1st night we arrived. The room was ok, the power strip attached the desk was riped off and needed when you are working and need access to power, it could have been helpful. Not to mention the thermostat was fixed on 69 degrees which was fairly hot and a few other guests mentioned the same thing in passing. Also charged for a smoking fee even though no smoking in the room took place. Not what I I expected from a Hilton considering the pictures online were good. Seems they take a blind eye to prostitution and public intoxication. Oh not to mention 25 dollars for breakfast and 18 bucks per night to park your vehicle seems a bit steep consideringit was 230 a night. For 2 nights ended up costing me over 800 bucks, for that level of service we could have taken our business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend.

Bathroom sink was clogged. Took several minutes to get warm water and with the clogged sink we could not really use it . Also, water pressure for the shower was terrible. Just a trickle. Lastly, we went to the pool and there were no towels. Several employees told us towels would be there in a few minutes. It was literally 3 hours later. Most people lef the pool dripping wet.

Decided to treat my family and my parents to a weekend getaway here. The photos don’t do the hotel justice. It was such a beautiful place. It was convenient, and relaxing. Close to the boardwalk and the mystery spot but still secluded enough to be tranquil

The tub was partially clogged so water was building up when I was taking a shower. When I was at the bar the bartender was very rude. Other than that, the stay, and the facilities were fine.
