Not sure about other people's ratings

Clean hotel, but pretty basic and noisy. Close to the beach, so that noise was to be expected. But the walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations and even a snoring neighbor. I know you get what you pay for but I suggest you interpret "Deluxe" and "partial ocean view" liberally. Staff couldn't really do much about most, although everyone was nice.
