So of all the hotels that I have stayed the night in I'm from Utah watsonville is my childhood City I grew up there till I was 9:00 moved to Utah then I moved back to Vacaville when I was 11 or 12 and then I left at Vacaville when I was 16 years old and came back to Utah. The hotel had weird ways of doing things it wasn't full service we had to bring a dirty towels down to the desk so they could go across the hallway to give us new towels there wasn't enough trash cans in the room and they only clean the room out every 3 Days by request from the guests that are staying in the room I had no idea this until I got to the hotel we had to understand how things worked the vending machinemachine took all of her money. And I said there's nothing we can do. I thought there's a couple of breakfast that did not exist there. And we often went to the beach and had to walk on a Sandy floor so it got cleaned out once in 4 days and then we left and couldn't wait to leave the heck out of there cuz we had to bring down our towels every time they were dirty to get some fresh ones.
This hotel was fine for $100 a night, but there were many things that were not great... There were piles of trash in the hallways for the entirety of our stay that were not taken care of. There were holes and stains in the linens, as well as hair in the beds. The floor under the small refrigerator was disgusting. The towels were nice and fluffy, but we were only given two for three people. The door to the room next to us had obviously been smashed in. Etc. But, it was dog friendly and in a convenient location for our trip.
I booked a room for one day with my two kids and my room was on the third floor the room was very dirty the walls and the floors was dirty the heater did not work as well I would never stay at this motel again it's not worth it
Clean room,easy access to freeway but room lacked basics , no bathroom shelf, no wastebasket, no dresser mirror, no shampoo, pillow was hard , aircon was noisy , no refrigerator , no coffeemaker..

The front desk agent was really helpful, kind and tried her best to help me. The problem was that my reservation could not be found on their system. The agent attempted to call expedia for support multiple times and did not receive the support she needed. I waited approximately 45 min to receive my room. Not sure why my reservation was not in your system but this made the experience in enjoyable. Again the front desk agent was great and helpful.
