A charming, traditional 3-bedroom house in a very quiet location, set on 4,000 m² of fenced land. Located 1.3 km from the coves of Pou des Lleó and 1.4 km from Cala Boix, as well as its restaurants, all of which are well-known and specialise in traditional dishes such as Bullit de Peix (a typical Ibizan fish stew), rice dishes and seafood. Es Figueral sandy beach is 4 km away, and a little further afield lies the beautiful Cala Llenya beach.
