Things I didn’t like- first couch bed had a stain that looked a whole lot like blood and dirty towels covering it. Elevator was down the whole time and wasn’t going to be fixed this week at all. When we were on second floor, upstairs neighbors would stomp constantly. Once moving upstairs, the sound issues stopped. You will be able to hear the cars at night and you will also need to cover the windows with towels if you like the room completely dark. Things I liked- they did find me a new room with a blood-free couch the next morning. Any time specialty coffee machine was cool. Pool was decent. Staff were always nice. Area is in a good location, near everything in Santa Fe. Main areas were clean. Santa Fe vibe, although on the cusp of needing an update.

"Pet Friendly" means that you get a sub par room on the Pet Floor ands pay $20 for the privilege. Our room (210) was dreary, dark, worn, threadbare and just a disappointment in every way. Not coming back to this property.

The room was clean. Pool was a nice amenity. It was warm, indoor. Breakfast was great! Don’t believe the description of the “pullout sofa bed” or the “double room, double bed”, the pictures posted are deceiving. I posted the picture of the “pull out sofa bed”

Just okay

Bed were not very confortable and the pillows were like sleeping on a wooden palet. The shower/tub did not have a grab bar to help get in and out. Furniture was dated, but in good condition except arm of chair where the leatherette material had completely worn off. Our room was on the front of hotel and lots of road noise from main road in front. Breakfast was very good.
