This hotel was filthy and smelled. The pool and jacuzzi had trash and exploded diapers all around it. Absolutely disgusting! Very old and run down.

Pool was closed, luckily the gal at check in recommended the Chavez center to go swim, had a great time there. All the doors seemed to slam when closed, so you could hear folks coming and going all the time.

When I arrived they double booked my room and blamed it on Expedia. I had to complain a lot to get conjoining rooms because they wanted to give me rooms across the hall and I have 5 kids ( was supposed to have a suite). I also wasn't able to check in online which would have helped. When I called they said online check in didn't work at that location. The pool was only opened one day and that was a main reason to stay here. Expedia gave me 80 points in their app but that was a slap in the face since I was charged more for the two rooms anyway.

LOUD Barking Dog

Our trip to Santa Fe was for a funeral. The room was fine, and the hotel was great. The major issue I had was a constantly barking dog next door to us. The dog barked starting before 7am, and constantly into the night. It interrupted my sleep every time, which was a lot. To make matters worse, the person that checked me in suggested that room for quietness - which did not pan out obviously. The other issue was the door closest to our room - Door C, did not work, so we have to navigate our way from other doors to get it, just a minor inconvenience.

Excellent stay we had. We had to leave a day earlier because of weather issues for our flights on next day. Ryan was v nice to say yes for refunding that night charge understanding our predicament.
